If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us solve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos AND videos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label.

If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution at no additional cost. 

Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products and fulfilment process, we do not currently offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Delivered Orders

If tracking information shows the order has been successfully delivered, we may require additional information before issuing a refund for non-delivery claims.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
